Description

The Regional Contracting Health Office � Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to award a sole source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to Lonza Walkersville, Inc. for MSCGM BulletKit, PT-3238 & PT-4105 for the Department of Clinical Investigation at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii.� Lonza Walkersville, Inc. is the sole manufacturer and distributor of these items.� The statutory authority permitting this award without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as cited in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) which authorizes the government to award contracts when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
