Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source - see redacted J&A The Fort Hood Health Contracting Branch, Regional Health Contracting Office, Central Army Health Contracting Activity, MEDCOM, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, sole source contract to Hologic Inc, an other than small business, under authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B) -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, for Mini C-arm �for General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (GLWACH), Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, on or about 11 June 2020. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334516, and the size standard is 1,000. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. No telephonic inquires will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
