- The purpose of amendment 05 is to�reopen the solicitation until 6/11/2020 at 5PM Pacific Time due to information that w as inadvertently omitted from the PWS - Setion 4.2 Special Operations Parachute Rigging Services - Subsection C. ********************************************************************************************************** EODTU-1 requires specialized training for air operations support to all EODGRU 1 operational personnel in order to stay within the minimum required parachute proficiency and qualification in preparation for deployment. Requirement is for a base, four 12-month option years and one 6-month extension option.
