Description
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP), Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity (OEODM) has a commitment to workforce diversity and is seeking capable Business sources to provide personnel, equipment , supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and non-personnel services necessary to perform our Scholar Intern Program as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Period of Performance: one twelve (12) month base and four twelve (12) month option years. A �Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. This is a request for planning purposes and information only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bids. �In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract, nor do they affect a potential offeror's ability to respond to any future synopsis/solicitation, which may or may not follow or restrict the U.S. Governments eventual acquisition approach. Additionally, the U.S. Government will not provide reimbursement for any information that may be submitted in response to this notice. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice. This is a non-personal service contract to provide personnel for a Scholar Intern Program for the Washington, D.C and Fort. Worth, facility. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, including labor and supervision, training and other items necessary to facilitate and manage all other requirements as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as government furnished property and services (see attached draft PWS). No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The proposed NAICS code is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, and the business size standard is $6.5 million. Only businesses interested should send their Capability Statement/ and or information by email to the Contracting Officer, Dr. Michelle Duncan, at Michelle.Duncan@bep.gov� by 3PM EDT 23 June 2020.� Telephonic inquiries/responses will not be accepted.
