Description

For the Global Class Vessel Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), the Government reserves the right to make conditional awards.� The following language will be added to the 1st page of the BOA: NOTE: The following items must be verified prior to the vendor being awarded a task order under this Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). These items do not prohibit the vendor from providing a quote as long as the items can be resolved prior to the required award date of the task order. Should the items not be able to be resolved in a timely manner, the vendor's quote for that task order competition will not be considered. NAME OF VESSEL(S):� ______________ Prior to award of a task order, the company must show evidence that the following issues have been resolved: For Example:�� - Provide a copy of a current Certificate of Inspection (COI). - Installed an A-Frame for the Global Class Vessel VESSEL INSPECTIONS: During the period of this Basic Ordering Agreement the Government reserves the right to inspection the vendor's vessel at any time.� If, at any point during the duration of this Basic Ordering Agreement or in performance of a task order and the�vendor's vessel is found to not meet the minimum requirements of the Basic Ordering Agreement, or the requirements of a specific task order, the vendor's Basic Ordering Agreement shall be considered for cancellation.
