Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia intends to procure components that are required for the repair and refurbishment of the major components for the ET-35N Oil Content Monitor (OCM)on a Sole Source basis from�Admartec Inc. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under authority of FAR 13.106 (b).
