- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including Small, Small Disadvantaged (SDB), 8(a), Woman-owned (WOSB), Veteran Owned (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SD-VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses,� and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for a High-Resolution, i-Line lithography stepper.� The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Woman-owned (WOSB), Service Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses hereto This notice is issued by the NASA/GSFC to post a Statement of Work to solicit responses from interested parties.� This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.� The objective of this project is to procure a High-Resolution, i-Line lithography stepper.� The unit must be brand new production model.� The scope of this work includes production and delivery of a 5x i-Line Stepper photolithography system.�� The Stepper consists of an optical source and illumination system, a wafer and reticle transfer and alignment system and a housing and computer control.� This RFI is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.� The Government may not respond to questions/concerns submitted. The Government will use the information to finalize the RFP as necessary. No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation.� If a solicitation is released, then it and any additional documents will be available on www.beta.sam.gov.� It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any solicitation or synopsis. All comments or questions shall be submitted electronically via email to Alpana.K.Jenne@nasa.gov , no later than June 26, 2020 by 2p EST.� All responses to the RFI are due no later than July 3, 2020 by 4p EST. When responding reference 80GSFC20R0051.
