Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. SOURCES SOUGHT DESCRIPTION: This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought/RFI only. The purpose of this sources sought/RFI is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS code 339112 or (related). Responses to this source sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this source sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources that can supply the San Diego VA Healthcare System with PH Bravo CF Reflux Recorder System. ITEM DESCRIPTION BELOW ITEM QUANTITY Reflux Software v6.1 Kit - 409990126 1 Recorder Bravo CF Reflux FGS-0634 3 CF Delivery Dev Caps Bravo x 5 FGS-0635 1 Reflux Recorder 3 Year Service Plan - 80265 1 Reflux Recorder 3 Year Service Plan ADDL REC - 80270 2 PH Bravo Salient Characteristics or Performance Characteristics Must have a calibration-free capsule that eliminates the need to manage and store buffer solutions and testing tubes in the endoscopy suite. Must have a 96 Hour recording ability Must have multiple event buttons to allow patients to mark symptom events and record symptom duration during meal and supine times Must have an internal, rechargeable battery that eliminates the need for battery replacement prior to each study. Must have a USB cable interface to enables quick and direct data upload. Must have a USB cable for flexible recorder battery recharging. Must have a ready-to-use capsule that can be easily activated, paired with the recorder, placed in the patient, and immediately start assessing acid reflux. Must have system features such as saved settings that eliminate the need to update prior to each procedure.
