- � U.S. GOVERNMENT � General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: � State: Florida City: Riverview Delineated Area: Delineated Area: North: I-60 South: 301 to Hackney Drive, to Providence Rd, to Watson Rd, to Bloomingdale Avenue East: N. Parsons Avenue West: 301 to S. Falkenburg Rd. to Progress Blvd., to 301 (MAP AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST)� Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,700 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): 10 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 (preferred) Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: � Additional Requirements�: Contiguous space on a single floor is preferred. � Offered space must be on the 2nd floor or higher if space is offered in a multi-tenanted building. � A singe story is acceptable, so long as it is adequately secured per the Government's standards. � The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.� � Agency prefers not to be �co-located with Federal, State, local Government Agencies, or private firms whose primary clientele are involved or have ties to criminal elements.� Agency prefers not to be collocated with other agencies or entities providing probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs, similar social service and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders."" � � Residential adjacencies to potential sites will be carefully reviewed with agency security guidelines and at the government's discretion, may be eliminated from consideration � If the proposed site is a multi-tenant building, the other tenants shall not be retail and shall not cater to heavy public use or heavy foot/vehicle traffic.� Risk/vulnerability assessment of the property will be on a case by case basis.� � � Building ownership information: Individual or corporation must not be under any court order or sanction to avoid any conflict of interest. � � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� � Expressions of Interest Due: 06/21/ 2019; please reference #8FL2535 in your submission.
