- Description
- TAM is anticipating a Two Phase Design-Build (D-B) award for the construction of two pre-engineered metal building systems consisting of a large open area for warehouse/ storage operations and multiple smaller administrative office locatons inside the building. This project will be constructed within Kuwait Military Complex at Subhan, Kuwait. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded to a prime construction contractor. Optional Work: Option #1: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for�first (1st) year Option #2: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for second (2nd) year Option #3: Operations and Maintenance (O&M) for third (3rd) year 1. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be 585 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. 2. The magnitude of the Logistics and Transfer Warehouses project is $25,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00.
