Description

Amendment 2 - Amendment 2 is a posting to answer a last minute question posed outside of the Question period. Question: In the Technical Approach, number 7 is asking for a list of the last 7 project in chronological order, should this be a list of the last 7 projects we have signed on and that are in progress or should this be a list of the last 7 projects that we completed and are closed? Answer: We would like a list of the last 7 closed projects. Additionally, as a courtesy due to this amendment, we are extending the SOL until June 17, 2020 at 1000 EST (10:00 a.m. EST). Amendment 1 - Amendment 1 is a posting to answer vendor questions posed within the Questions period. Additional attachments have also been included to provide clearer answers for vendors as well. The Bureau of the Fiscal Service, Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC are soliciting for Renovation/Remodeling Services for Quarters 9 at the AFRH.
