Description

REPLACE FAILING FORT PICKENS WEST LIFT STATION PMIS NO. 226229 GULF ISLANDS NATIONAL SEASHORE, PENSACOLA BEACH, FL MAGNITUDE: A single, Firm-Fixed Price contract for construction, alteration, or repair of pumping station to replace public wastewater facility. The scope consist of, but not limited to, main Lift Station C and associated components replacement; demolition of existing 30,000-gallon septic tank, odor control system, bioxide tank, and all interior plumbing and pumps and associated control panels. Project will also install fiberglass wet well and tie into existing incoming and outgoing 3"" diameter force mains. The project will also replace existing chain link fence. The estimated price range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 Set-aside Status: Total Small Business NAICS Code: 237110 Size Standard: $39.5 Basis of Award: Lowest price technically acceptable offer Publicizing and response time: This notice will be published at least 15 days before issuance of a solicitation. Agencies shall allow at least a 30-day response time for receipt of bids or proposals from the date of issuance of a solicitation.
