- This is a Sources Sought Only, this is Market Research. Please provide you company name, socioeconomic status, D&B Number and type of system you plan to install as well as an estimate of time for installation. No phone calls will be accepted, if you have questions please submit to kim.pauley@va.gov. This is sources sought for a turnkey T6 Nurse Communication System in the Dialysis Unit Building 113 at VAMC Hampton, VA. The system shall include all software, licenses, labor, material, warranty, implementation and training. This is not a solicitation, responses to this notice will be used as Market Research only. Please respond to kim.pauley@va.gov no later than June 19, 2020 at 11:00 AM ET if your company can supply this product. Please include delivery days from receipt of order to receipt. Please provide your Dun and Bradstreet number and socio-economic status if you are interested in this acquisition. Please provide system detail for intended installation. System should be a standalone system to include new T6 6.1 Software that should be used that can easily be integrated to the Campus wide United platform once it is upgraded to T6 6.1. Conduit, Backboxes, AC Power, Sleeves Fire Penetrations, and raceway, will be provided by General Contractor. Vendor must remove all debris from the facility and work should be completed during normal working hours of 8:00-4:30 unless requested and approved in advance. Below is the estimated material and location breakdown. 32 Patient Stations with 4 programmable buttons and 4 inputs 32 Pillow speakers wired and integrated to owner provided TV s 7 Bath Station Pull Cords 40 Dome Lights 32 Advanced Bed Licenses 4 Duty Stations 4 Nurse Master touch screen stations 1 8 Port Power Switch 1 80 port Gateway with 2 voice paths T6 6.1 Software Package Racks, UPS Programming, Testing and staff development Parts warranty should be 5 years Labor warranty 1 year from Acceptance
