Description

The District of Columbia Courts (the Courts) are seeking a qualified contractor staffed with field subject matter experts in the disciplines of: Construction, Architecture, Structural, Civil Engineering, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, IT, AV, Security and Interior Finishes, to provide Quality Assurance services to support the Capital Projects and Facilities Management Division (CPFMD). The Courts contemplate the award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation.� The term of the contract will be two years (2) from date of award with one three (3) option years.� The date of award shall be the date the Contracting Officer signs the contract document. The Pre-Proposal Briefing (Virtual Meeting) will be held on: �June 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM (Notification where to dial will be issued through a Modification at the Procurement Web Site to be issued at a later date).
