Description
DESCRIPTION: The National Institutes of Health - NICHD intends to procure the services of a contractor to provide CombiFlash NextGen 300+ Automated Flash Chromatography System with components and feature performance required from and flash chromatography system and associated safety options. The instrument has a flow rate range is from 1 to 300 mL/min at operating pressures up to 300 psi (20 bar). The system is fitted with a solid load injection valve that can be bypassed for liquid injection. RFID technology comes standard and automatically reads the size and type of redisep column being used for the purification. Based on this information, a default gradient and flow rate are programmed into the system. The same RFID technology automatically reads the rack type being used ensuring there is never a missed or overfilled tube. Active solvent and waste level monitoring is also standard on the NextGen 300+. The instrument has an ELSD upgrade for detecting compounds in the wide-range of wavelength. The program has already completed an initial inquiry and after soliciting, they received three (3) quotations on the Open Market. We will award to the lowest technically-acceptable price after reviewing and evaluating any newly received quotations from this FBO posting. In order to comply with the requirements in this Solicitation/synopsis, the responses should be based on our interpretation of the general requirements provided below.
