- DELIVERY DATE 1st choice: 30 days after contract award 2nd choice: 60 days after contract award � PLACE OF PEFORMANCE Allied Systems Office 21433 SW Oregon St. Sherwood, OR 97140 The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, National Security Cutters Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding this procurement to Allied Systemes Company the service listed below: CGC Cutter Healy�s Crane Technical Publications/Manuals are outdated and need to be updated, without updated Technical Publications/Manuals crew is unable to effectively perform maintenance and make casualty repairs. Vendor shall revise and edit the following Crane Technical Manuals: Model Number TB60-60 Serial Number 1868 Part Number 80-575A Model Number TB100-55 Serial Number 1869 Part Number 80-577A Model Number K40-55 Serial Number 1871 Part number 80-576 Model Number K15-45 Serial Number 1867 Part Number 574A Model Number TB100-55 Serial Number 1870 Part Number 80-577A This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCGC HEALY. Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code # 336611 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 Pacific Time, JUNE 23rd, 2020 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: barbara.falero@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: ALLIED SYSTEMS COMPANY Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. See justification for other than full and open competition attachment.
