Description

USDA/ARS intends to negotiate a contract directly with Carahsoft, 11493 Sunset Hills Road, Reston VA 20190 for the renewal of annual LinkedIn License for enterprise agreement. LinkedIn Learning Pro for Government (High-quality learning content alongside learning content hand-selected by you, all delivered through an intuitive, easy-to-use experience) - Tier 32 (75000 - 99999 licenses) - Per Seat - 12 months The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services In accordance with FAR 13.106-3(b)(3) and 41 USC (c)(1), the service needed by the USDA is available from only one responsible source and no other type of service will satisfy the needs of the USDA. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document is available and telphone request will not be honored. Any firm that believes it can provide the services listed above may submit substantiating documentation in writing to the identified point of contact. Information received will be consiered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
