- A00003 is issued to extend the due date to 26June2020. A0002 is issued to provide the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and extend the due date for porposals to June 18th 2020 5PM EDT. A0001 is issued to correct the % goals to FY20 from FY19 in Attachment 4�Small Business Subcontracting Plan Outline and correct the attachment # in the header of that document. Attachment 4.1 is deleted as that information is now in attachment 4 R1. And provide� Responses to vendor Questions. As a result, the proposal due date is moved to 12 PM EDT June 15th, 2020. The Evaluation Criteria Section III.12 and Attachment 5 Proposal Contents Requirement Document have been updated nd highlighted yellow where changes occured. The SOW Section 5 indicates certain documents or manuals required for submittal in the proposal and those are excluded from the 55-page limitation of the technical proposal. This�Request for Proposal (RFP) is hereby issued on a full and open competitive basis.� CBP, Office of Human Resources Management, Planning, Program Analysis, and Evaluation Directorate, Personnel Research and Assessment Division, is responsible for the development and implementation of assessments for entry-level selection and promotion of its mission-critical occupations, including Border Patrol Agents (BPA) and Customs and Border Protection Officers (CBPO).� Applicants to BPA and CBPO positions apply to a vacancy announcement through USA Jobs.� Following self-certification of minimum qualifications, applicants complete the written entrance examination.� Applicants passing the entrance examination, following verification of minimum qualifications, are referred to additional steps in the hiring process, including physical fitness, medical, drug, and suitability screening. Potential offerors� MUST be registered at https://beta.sam.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract neither does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs.
