- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement for delivery of 300,000 square yards of geogrid material.� All material shall be delivered F.O.B. to Ensley Engineer Yard, 2915 Riverport Road, Memphis, Tennessee 38109. �Supplies will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ20Q0035 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). �This solicitation will be a single sources (1) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The associated NAICS code is 327390 with a size standard of 500. �Response to this solicitation must be received via email by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror�s responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein.
