- This Sources Sought Notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or obligation or commitment by the Government. Market research is conducted to determine the availability and capability of qualified businesses for the following service: This is a firm fixed price requirements-type construction contract to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, management, supervision, tools, transportation and other incidental items to perform Open-End Interior / Exterior Painting and related work of Miscellaneous Buildings, Various Army Installations, State of Alaska.�Hours of operation is 7:30am � 4:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. NAICS -� 238220, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors Size Standards - $15 million Magnitude of Construction - $5,000,000 - $10,000,000 Task order are anticipated range $5,000 to $1.5M.� Anticipated award date:� 1 March� 2021 Performance of work start:� 1 April 2021 - 31 March 2022 plus 2 one-year options periods. Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement to include:� 1)� Company Name; 2)� Address; 3) Point of Contact Name, phone number, email address; 4)� Cage Code; 5) Duns Number; 6) Size of Business (large, small, 8(a), Woman-Owned Small Business, HubZone, etc); 7) Experience:� Submit 3-5 recent specific Government or commercial contracts your firm has self-performed to demonstrated your relevant NAICS 238220 experience as indicated in this announcement; 8) Maximum bonding capacity per project and aggregate bonding capability.� The capability statement should not exceed 2 pages and shall be in sufficient details to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work.� Email capability statement to anthony.l.washington1.mil@mail.mil and geralyn.m.ambrosio.civ@mail.mil by 10:00 a.m. on 25 June 2020.� Title the Subject Line with ""W912CN-21-B-0001 CAPABILITY STATEMENT"".
