Subject:� Request for Information (RFI)� � � � � � � � � � � � � Date: 19�June 2020 Project Name: Aviation Ground Power Unit (AGPU) Generator Notice ID: PANRSA-20-P-0000014138 Owner: �Program Executive Office Aviation, Project Manager Aviation Mission Systems and Architecture, Product Director Aviation Ground Support Equipment, Redstone Arsenal, 35898 Sector Federal NAICS Code: 335312 - Motor and Generator Manufacturing Classification Code: 61 Electric Wire, and Power and Distribution Equipment Contracting Office: US Army Contracting Command (Aviation), ATTN: CCAM-AU-C, Building 5309, Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5280 INTRODUCTION: The Aviation Ground Support Equipment Product Management Office (AGSE PM) located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is the Army�s acquisition manager for Aviation Ground Support Equipment. To resolve obsolescence issues, AGSE PM is interested in obtaining information on currently available Aviation Ground Power Unit (AGPU) MEP360-E model generator replacement materiel solutions that can support current and future Army Aviation capability needs. The Government will only consider generators that qualify as form-fit-and-function alternates to the current AGPU generator (part # AGH828-3; NSN 6115-01-471-0888).� The vendor�s solution shall integrate with the existing turbine-powered AGPU engine without requiring major modifications to the AGPU.� The current AGPU generator is a 3 phase 115/200 Volt AC, 8000 RPM brushless generator with a round 8� diameter mounting plate with an 8 hole pattern sized for 3/8� studs.
