- This is a Special Notice The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to establish a Purchase Order on a sole source basis for additional security equipment and services with: Johnson Controls Building Automation Systems, LLC Address: 201 Gaither Rd Ste 400 City: Rockville State/Province: Maryland ZIP Code: 200850-4039 Country: UNITED STATES. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.� In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c) the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 � Security Systems Services. SIZE STANDARD: $22,000,000.00 In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that understand and can meet the Government's requirements may submit a written response with sufficient relevant details to demonstrate existing capabilities. This submission shall be considered by the agency.
