Description: In January 2018, NASA Glenn Research Center experienced a freeze event which damaged a Wind Tunnel cooler. Tubes froze and caused numerous leaks. The process has begun to replace the lowest tube bundle. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to explore the feasibility of industry to support a change to the design of the tubes within the tube bundle, as described in the draft specification document (ATTACHMENT 2).
