- Classification Product Service Code: 15 - AEROSPACE CRAFT AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS NAICS Code: 336411 � Aircraft Manufacturing The Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) and Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft (FARA) Project Offices invite interested parties to attend a Mission Systems Industry Day to be held virtually beginning on 13 July 2020 with virtual one-on-one sessions held 14-16 July 2020. The purpose of this industry day is to supplement ongoing market research for the FLRAA and FARA mission system configurations.� Both programs are interested in hardware and software solutions that are qualified and ready for integration now for consideration in the first increment as well as conceptual solutions still under development for consideration in follow-on increments. The industry day does not commit the Government to a contract or an agreement for any supply or service, and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or solicitation.� Any information presented at the industry day is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract or agreement.� Attendees are reminded that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred as a result of industry day.� Each attendee shall bear their own costs associated with participation.� Government Systems Engineering & Technical Assistance (SETA) support contractors will be present and supporting the Government during all virtual events. �The Government team (Government and SETA support contractors) will consist of FLRAA Project/Product Office, FARA Project/Product Office, Future Vertical Lift Cross Functional Team (FVL CFT), Army Contracting Command � Redstone (ACC-R) and PEO Aviation representatives.� INDUSTRY DAY REGISTRATION & INSTRUCTION All industry day attendees must pre-register for the event. Registration must be completed no later than 02 July 2020 and no substitutions to registered participants will be accepted after the registration deadline. Industry is encouraged to submit questions prior to and during the industry day event, utilizing the format found at Enclosure 001 to this invitation. Administrative or Information Technology (IT) related questions asked prior to and during industry day events will be answered as soon as possible. Responses to all other questions will be adjudicated and posted to industry through beta-SAM within a reasonable time following the industry day. � If industry requires the latest unclassified and classified draft FLRAA system specification, they should submit their request to the email address: disa.redstone.peo-comms.mbx.mission-systems-industry-day@mail.mil. Proof of proper facility clearance will be required. Briefings The Government intends to conduct unclassified briefings during the industry day event and will be open to all approved registrants that participate. The Government also intends to conduct unclassified one-on-one discussions with those industry partners that respond to the FLRAA/FARA Notice of Upcoming Industry Day Announcement and Scheduling of one-on-one Meetings (NOTICE ID: FARA-FLRAA-Notice-of-Industry-Day-Summer-2020). SECURITY REQUIREMENTS Once registered for Industry Day (see above), each industry participant must follow-up with a specific visit request to the FLRAA Security Office. The FLRAA Security Office POC and the FLRAA JPAS Security Management Office�(SMO) Code will be provided upon successful registration. The preferred method for submitting requests for every industry participant is by JPAS. For industry participants without JPAS access, a visitor letter must be submitted on COMPANY LETTERHEAD and signed by the Facility Security Officer or a key person (not the visitor) in the company. All visit requests through JPAS or visitor letter must be submitted no later than 02 July 2020. The following information must be included in the visitor letter: Name of visitor: US Citizen: Yes/No Dates of visit: Person they are visiting (not someone in Security): Purpose of the visit: Only US Citizens are authorized to participate.
