- � The New Mexico Army National Guard has a requirement for boxed meals for its soldiers attending annual training from August 1, 2020 to August 15, 2020 in Santa Fe, NM. �This solicitation is reserved only for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 722310 with a size standard of $41.5M.� All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote on this solicitation must be registered and have a current registration in Systems for Award Management (SAM) database, in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provision 52.204-7.� Lack of registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible for award.� The website for SAM is www.SAM.gov.��� Solicitation W912J3-20-Q-0005 for this requirement will be available immediately on Contract Opportunities on https://beta.sam.gov website.� All prospective offerors are responsible for retrieving the solicitation from this website and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the solicitation. The deadline for all questions and request for information pertaining to the details of this requirement is 1:00 PM Mountain Daylight Standard Time (MDST) on July 1, 2020. Any questions or request for information received after that deadline may not be answered or acknowledged.� One award will be made on the lowest price technically acceptable basis.� After a contract for this requirement has been awarded, all invoicing will only be accepted through Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml).� Therefore, all offerors must also be registered in Wide Area Work Flow.
