Description
THIS AMENDMENT IS FOR REVISION OF THE EVALUATION FACTOR CRITERIA. SEE BELOW. EVALUATION FACTOR CRITERIA: 1. TECHNICAL-Contractor Shall address each technical evaluation criteria subcategory, a m for their respective quote to be technically acceptable. Those offerors who fail to address each subcategory will not be eligible to receive the award. Overhead OR surgical lights must be able to use existing mounting footprint; otherwise, new supports must be included in the quote. Lights must be operable on single phase 115V. Must be dual arm ceiling suspension fitting into the existing OR ceiling which measures ~10ft. Lights must have swing arm with 360-degree rotation. Light position must be adjustable up or down from the surgical field and for storing after the procedure. Light illumination must be 160,000 Lux or greater. Must have an adjustable light pattern size that is controllable by the provider in the sterile field. This will aid in the visibility of the surgical field to adjust to procedure requirements. Lights must be LED with LED color rendering index at 95 or better. Avoids overheating during long surgical procedure times. Avoids shadowing. LED lights must have 50,000-hour lifespan or greater. Lights must be operable/controllable from a separate wall panel; to include turning on and off and adjustment of illumination/intensity. Light handles must be steam sterilizable or able to be used with disposal sterile light covers that fit the handles. Vendor will deinstall existing lights and remove old light structure as part of the acquisition. Vendor must describe how they will ensure minimal downtime when support and parts are needed during the warranty period and how they will provide education for users and biomedical engineering staff.
