- Request for Information (RFI) - OMFV Current Facility Clearance (FCL) / Permanent Export Licenses (DSPs) Status (2-July-2020): The Government requests interested vendors to: Inform the Government of current status of FCL as well as any DSP-05s or DSP-85s that your company intends to enter into, If your company has not initiated the FCL/DSP process(es), why not, and when do you plan to; describe any challenges experienced with securing the approvals for this effort; and identify whether your company is interested prime or subcontractor. � Please respond to this above request and send an email to the MCS OMFV mailbox at usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.mcs-omfv-contracting@mail.mil. The subject line of your email should be as follows (exclusive of the parenthesis): ""(Company Name) - OMFV Current FCL/DSP Status�. Please respond by 17 July 2020. ****************************************************************************************** OMFV Questions and Answers (19-June-2020): The United States Government intends to answer questions received to the MCS OMFV Mailbox in order to provide information to the interested vendors. Only Distribution A documents that are authorized for public release will be posted to SAM.gov.� The following question and answer document is attached to this posting: ��� - Distro A - OMFV CRM Industry Q&A 01-70 *Note: The Government is working to provide answers to additional questions received and will publish them when finalized and authorized for public release. ****************************************************************************************** OMFV INDUSTRY DAY UPDATE (9-April-2020): The U.S. Army, Project Manager � Maneuver Combat Systems (PM-MCS), Next Generation Combat Vehicle Cross Functional Team (NGCV CFT), and Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) has posted the attached OMFV Industry Day Narrative Paper dated 9 April 2020. The purpose of this material is to present information concerning the path forward for the OMFV Program and address Industry Questions received. The Army recognizes that other questions received have not been answered within the material. Those questions, as well as any other questions to be submitted, will be answered in future industry engagements or on beta.SAM.gov in the near future as decisions are made. The Army appreciates the industry interest in the OMFV program and values industry input.� Please continue to send any questions to the MCS OMFV mailbox at usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.mcs-omfv-contracting@mail.mil.
