- The NAVSEA 21 Industrial Assessment Directorate will host a virtual Industry Day/Technical Exchange Meeting on Friday, July 24, 2020 (from 0800 to 1100) in response to Industrial Workload & Capacity Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).� This exchange is intended for Complex-MAC holders and those otherwise eligible to conduct CNO Availabilities.� The Industry Day/Technical Exchange Meeting is intended to:� 1) improve industry�s understanding of the Government�s intent in regards to these CDRL requirements (CDRLs A012, A015, and A016), 2) provide an opportunity for questions and answers regarding the Government�s requirements, and 3) Provide feedback on these CDRL requirements and NSI 009-60.� Interested parties are requested to submit questions no later than Friday, July 17, 2020.� Submission of questions is not a prerequisite for the discussion but is highly encouraged to ensure most productive use of the allotted time.� The Government reserves the right to not answer questions submitted before, or during the Industry Day based on its discretion.� Interested parties are requested to register by e-mailing Daniel.magrino@navy.mil, jacqueline.black@navy.mil, benjamin.smallenbroe@navy.mil, & christopher.pertl@navy.mil by Friday, July, 17, 2020. �All personnel participating on behalf of each industry team shall be specified (Name and Title/Position) when registering. Attendance requests after the deadline will not be accepted.� Please cite �Industrial Workload & Capacity Reporting Discussion� in the subject line.� Telephone registrations will not be accepted.� There is no registration fee.� Organizations with multiple representatives are requested to consolidate registrations and provide the following information in the RSVP: Company or Organization Name First and Last name with Title/Position Email address Telephone Number Questions for SEA21 An e-mail confirmation will be sent to each individual registrant with the meeting logistics, including dial-in number. All questions and answers submitted before, during, and after Industry Day/Technical Exchange Meeting will be recorded and posted to beta.SAM.gov.� BE ADVISED - Attendance at Industry Day is NOT a requirement and in no way prohibits any company from submitting a proposal in response to any current, or forthcoming solicitation.� The Industry Day/Technical Exchange Meeting will only address information related to the Industry Workload & Capacity CDRL requirements (inclusive of NSI 009-60).� Further, prospective Offerors are not required to attend the Industry Day/Technical Exchange Meeting in order to obtain presentation material or submit questions.� Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notification.� All costs associated with responding to this notification will be solely at the interested party�s expense.
