- Description
- Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), PEO Digital, International and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Division (AFLCMC/HBN) leads US Government, Foreign customer and Industry stakeholders in the development, integration and sustainment of FMS Security Cooperation (SC) solutions for foreign Partner Nations (PN) around the world. HBN program teams address a broad spectrum of management and technical challenges for over 116 FMS cases valued at over $7B in procurement and sustainment contracts. HBN specializes in providing secure interoperable systems supporting SC operations, for our PNs. These solutions provide PNs with secure warfare mission capabilities that are able to interoperate both within their sovereign territories and with Allied and U.S. military forces. A foreign PN has made substantial progress in modernizing its internal information systems and processes to embrace network-centric concepts and capabilities to enhance core-mission effectiveness and efficiency. As this PN transitions to an integrated network-centric posture, it is critical that they employ an effective cyber protection organization, program and technical capability to monitor and proactively protect this network environment. The PNs new cyber systems will enable cyber network defense operations by providing a centralized security management capability for a Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) further protecting and defending networks, computers and information from adversary attempts to disrupt, deny, degrade, or destroy them. Purpose A complete IdAM solution is required to enhance the capabilities of the PNs new cyber systems. The purpose of the Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information on a complete IdAM solution for this PN, to support one hundred thousand (100,000) accounts. The information submitted should be for a complete IdAM solution to include, design, architecture, hardware, software, training, etc. in a three (3) Phased approach.
