- A00003 - This amendment changes the acquisition to unrestricted and updates the offer due date to Tuesday,�July 14th, 2020 at 12:00pm (EDT). The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement for the supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to perform repairs to the boilers within the main boiler plant as outlined in the Statement of Work at USCG Base Elizabeth City; 1664 Weeksville Road, Bldg 91, Elizabeth City, NC 27909.� Site Visit. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site to verify any/all quantities before submitting bids. Requests for site visits shall be sent by 12:00 pm on Thursday, June 18th, 2020 for site visits occurring on Monday, June 22nd, 2020 from 10:00am to 2:00pm Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).� Offerors planning to attend shall make arrangements with Mark Croley at (252) 335-6569/(252) 335-2104 or by email at Mark.E.Croley@uscg.mil no later than Thursday, June 18th, 2020 at 12:00pm (EDT).� Requests for site visits shall include the Company name, Employees full names, Drivers License State and Number and ensure vehicles have current insurance and registrations. A valid photo Identification is required to gain access to the facility. Offerors are solely responsible for all transportation costs for the site visit. Questions and Answers. All questions regarding this solicitation must be received by Thursday, June 25th, 2020 at 12:00pm EDT. Questions received after this time and date may or may not be addressed by USCG. Questions will only be accepted in email format. Questions received in any other format will be disregarded. Emails shall be addressed to the joint attention of the Contract Specialist SKCS Penny Benson at Penny.L.Benson@uscg.mil and Contracting Officer, CWO Jeffrey Burrough at Jeffrey.N.Burrough@uscg.mil. Quote Submissions. The deadline for quotes submission is Tuesday,�July 14th, 2020 at 12:00pm (EDT). Any quote received after the aforementioned date and time risks immediate rejection by the Contracting Officer. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award.
