The purposes of this solicitation amendment are as follow: (a) To include Question and Answers (b) To extend the offer due date from July��29, 2020 to July 12, 2020 (c ) To reschedule the site visit to June 18, 2020 at 10am � Please see details of the site visit below: Only ONE (1) representative per company will be allowed for the site visit Each participant MUST wear a facemask during the site visit Interested bidders should send the name of their representative no later than June 16, 2020 Crowd control measures will be adopted if the number of interested bidders is too large � �Original Project Description: Dear Prospective Offeror: RFP #19N10220R0001 for Roof Replacement at UB1 and SCAC at U. S. Embassy, Abuja. The United States Embassy, Abuja invites you to submit a proposal to replace the roof at Utility Building #1 (UB1), and South Compound Access Control (SCAC) at the U. S. Embassy, Abuja as per attached Request for Proposal (RFP). The RFP includes the following: Request for Proposal (RFP)/Solicitation Documents Statement of Work (SOW)/Specification and Drawings. Price Breakdown by Division/Price Summary Excel Sheet For your proposal to be considered, you must complete and submit all the documents as required in section J of the solicitation. Your proposal must be submitted by email to the Contracting Officer at AbujaProcBids@State.gov with the following Subject Line �RFP #19N10220R0001 for Roof Replacement at UB1/SCAC� on or before 6pm (Local Time) on June 12, 2020. No proposal will be accepted after this time. The Embassy intends to award a contract or purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposal, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
