- Amendment No.: 001 for Replace of Convention Steamer for WES: 1. Is to change the business size from ISBEE to TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. 2. Extend the response date and time to July 13, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. MST. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS TO REMAIN THE SAME. *************** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A2320Q0283 herein cited as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The items will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2006-06. This acquisition is an Small Business set-aside. NAICS Code: 332410, Small Business Size Standard: 750 employees. In accordance with DIAR 1452.210-70 and FAR 52.211-6, the items in this solicitation are identified as brand name or equal, parts must be compatible with the gas convection steamer. Please see the attached Statement of work The Bureau of Indian Affairs, intends to purchase the following: The contractor shall provide service consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment supervision and incidentals necessary to remove and install a new Convection Steamer at Wingate Elementary School, 12 Painted Horse Trail, Fort Wingate, New Mexico 87316: 1. 1 ea. $ ________ Convection Steamer, Cleveland Range Model No. 36CGM300 2. 1 ea. $ ________ Water Treatment System dual (WBT-QT11-CR, Optipure) 3. 4 ea. $ ________ Water Treatment Cartridges (WBT-CTOS-QCR, Optipure CTOS-QCR) 4. 1 ea. $ ________ Power Take-off Kit, GPTO (PN 40946) Gas boiler base classic line steamer. 5. 1 ea. $ ________ Kettle Interconnecting Kit, 10ft, IMK10 (PN 409355) 6. 1 ea. $ ________ Boiler Descaling Pump Kit, BDPK (PN 107142) 15 psi boilers 7. $ _______ Freight 8. $ _______ Installation 9. $________ All Applicable Taxes TOTAL $ _____________ Quote to include FOB Destination delivery to Bureau of Indian Affairs, Wingate Elementary School, 12 Painted Horse Trail, Ft. Wingate, New Mexico 87316. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. DELIVERY and INSPECTION: After notice of award the Contractor will deliver the equipment to the Government at Bureau of Indian Affairs, Wingate Elementary School, 12 Painted Horse Trail, Ft. Wingate, NM 87316, Attention: Paul Tohtsonie, NM Navajo South Facility Manager at (505) 488-6422. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
