Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization,� (DITCO-PL8321), Scott AFB, IL, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc., , 150 Rustcraft Rd., Dedham, MA, 02026-4534, for the acquisition of General Dynamics Tactical Local Area Network Encryptor (TACLANE) Type 1 Inline Network Encryptor. �The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to provide TACLANE Type 1 Inline Network Encryptor by submitting clear evidence of their capability to provide/perform within 3 days of the posting of this notice.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Suppliers may provide correspondence via email at the following address: betty.a.burris4.civ@mail.mil. �All responsible sources will be considered for evaluating the determination to issue a sole source purchase order.� A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334290.
