- General Information ����������� Document Type:� Source Sought � � � � ����������� Classification Code: Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing Title:� INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY SUPPLY CONTRACT FOR AUTOMATED FEE MACHINES FOR CAMPGROUNDS AND DAY USE AREAS IN THE TULSA DISTRICT, USACE This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes.� THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS.� No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow up information requests.� Respondents will be notified of the results of the evaluation upon request. CONTRACT INFORMATION:� The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District (Corps) is planning to issue an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) requires Automated Fee Collection Machines for Campgrounds and Day Use Areas with total contract capacity of $500,000 and total period of performance of 60 months. Nature of Work:� The firm shall be capable of providing automated fee machines with two installation options: 1) government installed, 2) supplier installed. Machines shall be capable of collecting fees and camper information for public use areas (camping, day use, boat ramps). The fee machines shall have the ability to accept credit card, cash, and coin or any combination of the three. The machines face shall be customizable to allow for site specific contact information, Public Use Area site specifics, etc. The machines shall have a programmable, electronic screen showing all associated fees that can be changed in the future. System shall be able of providing live reports of fees collected. Machines shall be weather-resistant and ADA compliant. Machines shall have solar and electric capability. Machines shall have internet and cellular capability. Machines shall be available in natural colors such as brown to match Corps sign standards and natural setting. Place of Performance: �Projects will be located at various USACE Tulsa District locations in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 333318 OTHER COMMERCIAL AND SERVICE INDUSTRY MACHINERY MANUFACTURING which has a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The official announcement citing the solicitation number will be issued on Beta SAM at www.beta.sam.gov. Firms response to this announcement shall be limited to 5 pages and shall include the following information: � The Government is requesting that members of the Business Community interested furnish the following information: Company name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address. � Firms interest in bidding on the solicitation when it is issued. � Type of Small Business Community member (Small Business (SB), Section 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDV(SB), Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333318.� � Include the product specifications, statement of features, and model and part numbers. � Answer the following questions: ����� Can the product be self-installed? ����� If not, are certified installers required? ����� Is machine capable of running up-to-the minute or live reports of camping and day use passes sold?� 6. � Please provide any similar experience supplying/and or installing fee machines in� federal, state, or municipal public use areas from the last five years.
