Description

Amendment 0003 is issued to make clarify response due date to correct error in Amendments 0001 and 0002. Amendment 0002 is issued to replace Amendment 0001 and post the correct (2) attachments. Amendment 0001 is issued to post all (3) Attachments on FedConnect. REMOVE PARKING LOT AND EXCAVATE DEBRIS FIELDS GULF ISLANDS NATIONAL SEASHORE (SANTA ROSA AND FORT PICKENS AREAS) MAGNITUDE: Dismantling, demolition, or removal of improvements of remnant asphalt parking lot and all underlying road base and subbase materials. Estimated Quantity: 1,600 LCY (+/- 15%). Maximum ceiling: 2,000 LCY (NTE). Services shall include the excavation of test trenches and pits to investigate contents of up to five additional asphalt debris fields. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000 TENTATIVE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Estimated 10 work days during a two-month window from 30 NOV 2020 and 30 JAN 2021 (no work permitted during 19-27 DEC 2020). The Contractor shall comply with time requirements and commence work in accordance with the accepted working schedule and provide sufficient labor, materials and equipment to complete the work within the time limit(s) set forth in the Scope of Work..
