Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Office Mold and Asbestos Remediation, Merrimack River Basin, Hopkinton, NH THE WORK CONSISTS OF:� Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform cleaning and remediation for mold damage and asbestos materials, and structural re-construction to the Merrimack River Basin Office, to include one office (12�x14�), one partially affected hall way �Copy Room� (6�x12�), and one File Room located in the basement (12�x14�).� The office building is a single level (ranch-style) building constructed in the 1950�s.� Renovations have been made to convert the structure into a functioning office space for five employees.� An extension was added to the rear of the building in the 1980�s establishing a large office room, a small conference room and a full basement room beneath the new office room.� This is not a request for offers at this time.� The solicitation requirements and contract documents, to include instructions for submission, and the response date will be available on or about July 13, 2020.� Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests for hard copies of this solicitation will be accepted.� The solicitation will only be available online; in order to download the solicitation offerors must access the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.beta.sam.gov).� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238990 with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5�Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
