THE SOLICITATION IS NOW POSTED The Army Contracting Command - NJ, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order as a result of this solicitation. Work includes: Delivery of required materials (aggregate) by the mandatory delivery date. Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the detailed requirement. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set Aside. To be included in proposal: Pricing on SF 1449, breakdown of pricing for each material, and Technical Capability Statement. The solicitation response date is listed on this notice and also in the solicitation document. ** It is the responsibility of the Offeror to review the webpage for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. ** 7/13/2020 -- AMENDMENT 0001 and Q&A has been posted. The solicitation end date has been extended accordingly. Please acknowledge and submit with proposal.
