Description

The United States Marshals Service (USMS) has a requirement for radio communications equipment compatible with existing radios in the Western District of Texas. Radio communications are essential for USMS operational personnel to perform critical duties while maintaining safety protocols. This notice is to solicit quotes for Brand Name or Equal equipment as notated in the attached schedule. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing with the size standard of 1,250 employees. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items using simplified acquisition procedures prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.� This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USMS will award a Firm Fixed Price type contract.
