2 EC&R Cosman G4 Radiofrequency Generator for Pain Management BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Minneapolis VAHCS Cosman G4 Radiofrequency Generator BRAND NAME OR EQUAL System Requirements Key characteristics of the equipment include: Touchscreen for start/stop and adjustments. Ability to have staggered starts for electrodes. Ability to perform automatic stimulation testing is unique to this machine and further reduced provider (RN) touching of the screen to reduce COVID surface transmission Ability to perform multiple bipolar lesions simultaneously. Unit will be portable Unit will have option for both non-reusable and reusable electrodes Electrodes will attach directly into the generator. Color coded electrodes. Unit will have electrodes that are independently controllable, allowing for increased control and adjustment of the treatment Warranty Contractor shall provide one (1) year of ongoing support after installation of the equipment. Delivery Contractor shall deliver within 60 days of contract award to the Minneapolis VAHCS. Inspection and acceptance of the system will occur at the Minneapolis VAHCS. Installation Installation is not required Training Contractor shall provide training for users during implementation that will be scheduled at the best time for the clinical users.
