Estimated four (4) months for completion: Onboard and evaluate efficacy of third-party managed detection and response (MDR) functionality as a means to potentially reduce requirements for ST personnel. Collect detailed metrics for supported infrastructure Determine contract location and move certain SOC-support services performed by contractors Estimated six (6) months for completion: Revise procurement strategy and SOO based on evaluation of data from previous steps Evaluate Potential target acquisition model Estimated six (6) months for completion: Follow-on competitive procurement Transition See attached Limited Source Justification for additional information.
