Description

MASTERS OF SCIENCE IN SYSTEMS ENGINEERING COURSES FROM FLORIDA STATE UNIVERSITY PANAMA CITY The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Florida State University (FSU) Panama City (PC) for the tuition of NSWC PCD employees who are pursuing their Masters of Science in Systems Engineering (MSSE). This award is sole source for the following reason: FSU PC has the only accredited MSSE program in the vicinity. NSWC PCD has worked with FSU PC to develop a program that is highly applicable to the advanced work of NSWC PCD and that of the Naval Research and Development establishment. No other university has coursework that ties in with the mission of NSWC PCD. The courses shall be offered on the normal FSU PCD schedule.� NAICS Code 611310.
