- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: US 24/Independence Ave East: Hardesty Ave South: Linwood Blvd West: Troost Ave. to Admiral Blvd. to Forest Ave. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,789 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,128 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 � see additional requirements Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: � Space must be contiguous and on one floor; � If space offered is above first floor, minimum of two elevators must be in place; � Space shall be within � mile of public transportation; � Size, number and placement of columns must be at least 20 feet apart, center to center, and 20 feet from any interior wall and be no more than 2 feet square; �� If onsite parking is not available, minimum of 32 public parking spaces within two blocks is required; if metered parking is proposed to satisfy this requirement, minimum of 2 hour option must be available; � Co-tenants cannot include law firms representing SSA claimants or retail locations that sell alcohol, tobacco, firearms or explosives and related paraphernalia.
