Description

The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to accomplish the following requirements, and technical specifications, to Repair Building 402, 45 SW-JA Relocation.� All work shall be done in accordance with requirement contained in the contract specifications, contract drawings, and applicable base standards, state/federal laws, and Air Force regulations. Requirements Renovate and build an addition to Bldg 402 to include all building systems, finishes, lighting, HVAC, restrooms, break room, and administrative areas in accordance with the Specifications (Section J, Attachment 2) Site Visit: Scheduled for July 30, 2020 @ 0900 Bid Due Date: August 17, 2020� Bid Due Time:� 9:30 AM EST Notice to Offeror: Funds are not presently available for this contract.� The government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.� No legal liability on the part of the government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the contracting officer for this contract and until the contractor reeives notice of such availiblity, to be confirmed in writing by the contracting officer.
