Description

The 38th Contracting Squadron, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award a sole-source contract to SCALABLE Network Technologies, Inc. 6059 Bristol PKWY, Suite 200, Culver City, CA 90230, for Exata Software Licenses for the 90 Cyberspace Operations Squadron (COS) Cyber Simulation Center (CSC) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA), Texas. SCALABLE Network Technologies is the proprietary vendor and sole distributor of this commodity to 38 CONS. The proposed contract action is for this commodity for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is neither a request for competitive quotes nor a solicitation for offers. However, all quotes received by 4 Aug 2020, 2:00pm CDT will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any interested party may inquire with the points of contact within this notice.
