- Description
- The following information and changes are hereby incorporated into the solicitation: Vendors submitted the following questions. The government has provided a response to each question. In Section B, Continuation of SF-1449, in the Pricing Schedule. The government has description of services, units, unit price and amount. Can the Government define what the Unit Column is in reference to as Each? The Government is in need of the number of quantity for the duration the Description of service. Example: 0001- The Government is in need of 5 individuals total (Quantity) to be present to perform services for Building 1, Chapple Entrance for the duration of MONDAY-FRIDAY: 6 AM - 5 PM. The Government is not telling the Vendor how they are to schedule the individuals to preform this service, just that the Government needs the provided quantity for this duration. Is a Unit, 1 full composition of the description (i.e., MONDAY-FRIDAY: 6 AM - 5 PM), or 1 Shift from 6AM to 5PM? It is assumed this is a Level of Effort/ FFP/ IDIQ contract, defined by hours worked. Understanding the contract is an IDIQ/Task Order, why not establish a defined number of block units/hours for evaluation purpose, if details are defined later in a TO? Please see response to question 1. The Government is pursuing a FFP ID-IQ Contract due to having multiple location that may or may not be required during the contract. Is the quality the number of screeners anticipated per shift based on location? Please see response to question 1. Could you please clarify the number of FTEs required per facility? For example, Page 6 section B.3 Item 0004/1004 require services from Sunday-Saturday 4pm-6am (14 hours/daily, 7 days coverage) and is requesting only 1 FTE. In Section B H.1 page 4, the solicitation stated that No employee of the contractor shall provide more than twelve (12) hours of service in any twenty-four (24) hour period unless the work periods are separated by an eight (8) hour non-duty period. Please advise. Please see response to question 1. Please confirm the type of uniform that is required for personnel to provide services or will that be left to the discretion of the contractor? As per section E. of the Statement of Work: Uniforms may be business casual dress no specific uniform is required For Item quantities reflected within Section B, do the quantities equal the required number of personnel per shift? For example, within Item # 0001, does the quantity and unit of ""5.00 EA"" represent that 5 receptionist /screeners are required Monday-Friday for the entire 11-hour period? Please see response to question 1. I understand the overlap to ensure continuity; however, this shift is a 14-hour shift. Is this an error This is not an error: Please see response to question 1.
