- The purpose of this amendment is to change the anticipated release of the final RFP and the anticipated offer due date. Solicitation No. 80HQTR20R0016 Procurement Title: U.S. Global Change Research Support Program National Coordination Office Support Services National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Headquarters' (HQ) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for technical and administrative support for the United States Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) National Coordination Office (NCO) in Washington, D.C. The Government anticipates awarding a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Hybrid Core plus Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541611 and $16.5M, respectively.� The anticipated release of the final RFP is on or about�July 31, 2020�with an anticipated offer due date of on or about August 31, 2020.� The firm date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the RFP.� The requirement will have a five year period of performance and ordering period.� The potential effective/ordering period is one year base period and four � one year option periods. All responsible sources may submit an offer when applicable, which shall be considered by the agency. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable. The Center Ombudsman for this acquisition can be found at http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/pub/p ub_library/Omb.html . The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be published in https://beta.sam.gov/. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor beta.SAM.gov for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). No proposal/offer is to be submitted during this posting.
