- This is an Unrestricted Procurement and amending the original RFP due to the SBSA now being dissolved. RFP SPE4A2-20-R-X025-0001, NSN 6150-01-503-9362, CABLE ASSEMBLY,SPECIAL PURPOSE,ELECTRICAL.� This item is commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS). The following are the approved�sources: Breeze-Eastern LLC, CAGE 08484, P/N EC-14170-2; and Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE 78286, P/N S7020-02801-105. The solicitation requirement is for an Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) with a base year of 12 months and four option years in increments of 12 months. The estimated annual demand is 100 each. Guaranteed minimum is 25 each for the base year only. Minimum delivery order quantity is 25 each; maximum delivery order quantity is 100 each. The Buy American Act applies to this procurement. This IDC will cover DLA Direct delivery orders. Stock delivery locations will be to any facility in the Continental United States as cited on each delivery order. The requested terms are FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The requested delivery is 190 days ARO for each delivery order. Packaging requirements will be in accordance with what is cited in the item description of the solicitation. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0%. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The solicitation is combined with the synopsis and will close 30 days from posting date of this combined synopsis/solicitation. A copy of the original solicitation and amendment is attached to this synopsis and will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select �Requests for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation for Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. Solicitation package must be completed in its entirety prior to submission.
