Description: Excavate/remove existing soil; replace and compact select fill. Concrete shall be placed to prepare the site for the display of an original generator turbine from the Texoma Powerhouse. The contractor shall then place concrete for sidewalks and picnic areas and construct shade canopies for the picnic areas. A pipe fence will be constructed along the south river bank adjacent to the concrete work. Landscaping will be performed to all disturbed areas. Option: Replacement of pipe hand rails along the Texas Fishing wall running adjacent to the river near the Powerhouse.�
