Description: The contractor shall provide a technical design of the PSN IT infrastructure, consistent with industry best practices, that addresses the Library�s current IESS requirements and positions the Library to transition from analog video cameras to IP based video capture over the next 18-24 months.� The goal of this design will be to (1) improve performance of the overall network; (2) provide a solution that can support a growth of video monitoring workstations and monitors; (3) reduce costs to implement and support; (4) maintain IT and physical security in accordance with Library and other relevant Federal security requirements including FISMA.
