Description: The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs (ICE) Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) Dallas, TX 75247, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to Videray Technologies, Inc., 1 Thompson Square Boston, MA 02129. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. The Videray Technologies, Inc. is the only source capable of meeting the Government�s requirement for a handheld imaging device. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES AND IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. No solicitation document is available, and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
